We train out of B&W Gym.  Located in Edgewater at the intersection of Clark and Ridge, B&W has been home to regular gym-goers  and strength athletes alike for 39 years.  B&W is equipped with high-quality bumper plates, weightlifting bars, Texas power bars, heavy duty racks/benches, a handful of strongman implements, among other standard equipment.  It is convenient to the Rogers Park, West Ridge, and Andersonville neighborhoods as well as the near north/northwest suburbs.  No frills, no pretentions — but everything you’ll ever need for serious training.
