Private Personal Training
Looking for individual attention to maximize your training? Been training by yourself and want to refine your lifts? Our Private Personal Training gives you one-on-one time with a Starting Strength Coach to ensure perfect technique on every repetition of every set.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Want the benefits of one-on-one personal training while training with other people? Our Semi-Private Personal Training sessions is limited to three people per session ensuring attention on every exercise alongside a friend or spouse.
Work with alongside trainees of all different levels and under the watchful eye of a coach. You’ll follow your own program based on your goals and abilities. Early morning and evening groups currently available. We also have a women only large group for people that are interested.
Open gym memberships are available to those who have worked with us for at least three months or have already worked with a Starting Strength Coach. Contact us for more details.
We do welcome drop-ins on a limited basis. Contact us for more details on availability and rates for drop-in training sessions.
